Go live day came and went without so much as a hiccup. We had a little tweaking to do over the first few days, but nothing to lose your appetite over. Critical considerations for the Hall of Fame when selecting their new retail system included: the ability to handle high transaction volume, a comprehensive open to buy package, the system had to be user friendly, and ongoing support had to be good.
