Who do I send my CSS payment to?
You can pay Retail Control Systems or Radiant Systems, it is your choice. The cost is the same and we notify each other of the renewal.
RCS sends out an invoice two months prior to the expiration. We do this because customers are familiar with RCS and have us set up in AP.
Radiant will also send a notification. They send notices out one month prior to the expiration.
Either way you choose is fine.
What is CSS?
CSS stands for CounterPoint Subscription Services.
CSS is an annual software licensing fee charged by Radiant Systems.
CSS gives you software updates and service packs for the latest is feature and functionality.
