What to do before you call RCS
Make sure there really is a problem. i.e. Printer: are there jobs stuck in the windows print queue.Check the power.Check cable connections.Can the problem be replicated on another machine or is it confined to one.Check documentation for an answer.Utilize the CounterPoint help files.When did the problem start?What has changed? Were any new drivers or Microsoft updates installed?Reboot the PCReboot the DSL/Cable modem and router.Reboot all machines on the network including the server.Have screen shots and be prepaired to email them to us.
