POS registers will not access CounterPoint

Is your Server turned on?
Are all network cables connected properly?
Are all routers/hubs powered on?

If yes to all of the above questions reboot server/registers and power cycle all networking equipment.

Can't Print

Are cables plugged in?
Is the Printer turned on?
Are there any print jobs stuck in the windows print queue?

Clear jobs from the print queue

Are there any error messages on the printers display?

Record these errors, turn the printer off, wait 1 minute and turn back on

Try printing again.

Do you have a NetGear mini print server?

Make sure all cables are connected to the print server

Unplug the print server from the power outlet, wait 1 minute, plug back in.
